Hey you guys out there.

Strange title, hee?

If you thought I am suffering from a speech impediment, I’m sorry to tell you that this is not the case. Instead, I am suffering from a SEVERE earworm.

Most of you have probably heard of Miley Cyrus aka Hannah Montana. (To tell the whole story would take too long).

Just let me say the following: She is only 16 years old, but due to her over-ambitious parents and the typical Disney marketing strategies, she has approximately 1 billion US-Dollar on her bank account. Yep, pretty insane.

The latest coup on her resume is the movie to her enormously successful television show “Hannah Montana.”

And I have to admit, that I indeed went to the cinema with a friend of mine in order to see if she’s really worth all the hype.



Anyway, I’m drifting away from the topic that actually inspired me to write this post…

Probably all of you know those garden swings right?!

For me and my sister it’s always fun to build up our grandparents’ swing when summer finally arrives. (This year, unfortunately, I was absent when my sister did her annual routine. And as I returned and was about to take a seat, she shooed me away and said: “You’re not allowed to sit on it because you didn’t help me building it up…” (If you’re reading this right now, sweetheart: I love you, too!)

But have you ever thought about an indoor swing?

Just taking your couch, attaching two resilient ropes and fixing it to the ceiling?

Too bad for you.

Whenever I was sharpening my pencil in primary school with those old-fashioned sharpeners (nowadays they are so much more elaborate), I always didn’t know what to do with the crumbs...

In an unobserved moment, I let them inconspicuously disappear under my table. Now that I’m thinking about it, it becomes clear why the cleaning lady always complaint about our class room being the dirtiest…

I dont‘ know about you, but I can say that I love to shower very lengthily. (Please, don’t tell my dad, he’s always surprised at our monthly water bill…)
